Las Nuevas is pleased to host 2 Body Harmony weekends titled 'The Body and the Field'. A series of practical classes on the 11 Step Intention Manifestation series of Body Harmony


1st weekend -14th and 15th March 2009

'The Issue in the Tissue'


Discovering the qualities of touch which elevate an experience from one that feels good to one that feels great. Exploring the relationship between one area of the body and another.


2nd weekend - 9th and 10th May

'The Art of Embodiment'


Exploration of intention and willingness, control and surrender. How the internal landscape reflects in external experience on the road to manifesting intention.

Mosaic Courses (by arrangement)


Take a relaxing break in Andalucia and enjoy creating your own mosaic in beautiful, natural surroundings a million miles away from the stresses and strains of our regular work environment. You will learn a brand new set of skills in a welcoming, relaxed atmosphere. With a little patience you will be amazed at what you can create with beautiful materials and a few simple techniques.


Leave the course with you own finished mosaic and the confidence and skill to be able to do it at home.


The groups are small, informal, friendly and fun. Classes are held mid morning and late afternoon, leaving plently of time to enjoy our lovely hillside swimming pool and to relax at Las Nuevas.
