This year we will be cooking for guests who would like to enjoy a meal at Las Nuevas on Wednesday and Saturday evenings.


On Wednesday we will cook a moroccan feast with a selection of either meat, fish or vegetarian tagines; a spicy chickpea dish cooked with local honey & yoghurt, and a tasty moroccan country salad served with homemade flat bread.


Saturday will be paella day: The alternatives are a delicious and colourful seafood paella; a chicken or rabbit paella as cooked by local people, or a vegetarian paella with lots of fresh mountain herbs. All paellas are served with a crisp green salad and we use our own organic produce frome the garden whenever possible.


All meals come served with a desert of the day and a bottle of wine for each couple.


Meals for special occassions can be arranged seperately with plenty of notice.


Prices

Paellas - 25 Euros per person.

Tagines - 30 Euros per person.


Children under 14 - negotiable
